 Marleen Termeer



Marleen Termeer is Assistant Professor in Ancient History at the Radboud University Nijmegen. Her research focuses on processes of Mediterranean cultural interaction that shape the formation of a Roman world in the Republican / Hellenistic period. Within this framework, her current research project focuses on the social, political and economic significance of the introduction of coinage in the Roman world (NWO VENI; https://www.ru.nl/en/research/research-projects/coining-roman-rule).
